Using the segmentation mask plus visible skin pixels (face, hands, exposed arms or legs), N8ked's model predicts body geometry beneath the clothing, proportions, contours, and pose. The model is trained on a large corpus of paired clothed/unclothed body photographs so it has learned the statistical relationship between visible cues and body shape. Form-fitting clothing gives the model a lot to work with. Loose clothing gives it much less. That is why these generators do best on tight or fitted source photos in the first place.

The third stage is texture synthesis. With body geometry resolved, a generation model produces realistic skin textures that match the subject's existing skin tone (matched from face and hands), adapts to the original photo's lighting direction and intensity, and blends cleanly with the surrounding pixels. The output is an image where the generated regions and the unmodified regions sit cleanly together. The give-away artifacts that betray most AI porn generators just aren't there.

The whole pipeline runs on GPU infrastructure and completes in under 30 seconds for typical inputs. N8ked processes the input in an isolated environment, returns the result, and deletes the original photo. Zero retention here is structural, not a policy promise, there isn't a storage system to delete from in the first place.
